Since the update to KDE 6.2, the proxysettings in konqueror works randomly. Once it works, a few seconds later not.
The settings are, "settings" -> "configure konqueror" -> "web-browsing" -> "proxy". I have "manually specify the proxy settings".
In Firefox the proxy works always.
