Hello everybody,
i have kde 4.6.1 and when i click on my home folder i cant see anything... i must press F5 to refresh and show all files and folders.
I have a separated /home/ partition
Im not the first one, also in other OS, not only sabayon.
Anyone have a solution?

Seems it's a KDE bug. Try one of the fixes given in the thread: [SOLVED] KDE 4.6.1: Dolphin not showing content Home folder.

Solution: Open Dolphin and click settings-configure dolphin. In the location box you will see file:///home/your username. Remove your username so it will read file:///home/ Then click apply and OK
Solved it.
