just two questions. i'm new to linux.
1) can i make desktop icons line up automatically? or "snap to grid" as winXP would say.
i realise that i can "clean up by name" but i would like them to sort themselves out.
2) can i make folders open in the same window?
at the moment they open in a new window for each folder which is a pain.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
oh yeah, i'm running gnome.

Not sure about lining up desktop icons.
