Freezing after resuming from suspend-to-ram

...while using compiz-fusion. sometimes.
Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. My laptop is a HP Compaq Presario v6320ca (v6000) and suspending from metacity works fine. I have found something that may be relevant except for the fact it is for ubuntu and not sabayon.

If someone could provide me with an equivalent solution, that'd be great because otherwise I have to switch to metacity before I suspend, and that means my windows all end up on workspace 1 (@_@)

Edit: The video card is a Geforce Go 6150

How did you manage to suspend to RAM (and disk) with metacity? I'm fine with using it, but so far hadn't found a working solution. My video card is GeForce Go 7600.
