awn by default?

awn by default?

Hi, is awn considered as default dock for next sabayon release (kde)? Or at least some easy option to install it?

the howto install is in the wiki - doesn't get much easier

i don't think its a good idea to include awn as default dock. its largely unstable as yet and does need to be worked on. i think simdock, tho lacks in features, is more stable than awn.

I don't really think AWN as a default is the best option.
I do however use it and have had no issues with stability.
