upgrade system and compiz don't work

hello, i have a problem. I'm using sabayon 3.4e with ati 9550 with glx and compiz fusion. when I install dvd sabayon I don't have any problems with compiz fusion but when I upgrade the system compiz don't work. I can upgrade kernel with genkernel(no problem with compiz) I can upgrade ati drivers (no problem) but I can't upgrade system(all with wiki sabayon).
I think that the problem is the compilation use flags with some part of the system(maybe X11). Somebody can help me???
