Netgear WN311B with NDISwrapper

This is not good. Getting that kernel failed probably due to server being down I suppose as you did not give any other clue.
I had similar problem here : viewtopic.php?f=54&t=9951
I solved it there, so if you get your computer to wired line, and download sabayon-sources-2.6.22 and those two patches from my thread (instead of getting them from server that is down) you might compile new kernel using genkernel. (there is a wiki how-to on this page).
Afterwards you can continue with ndiswrapper.
