Just have the
in there as the other one might be causing the problems.
I made mine as router then added some dns ip's to it.
This way it should allow the router to handle dns ip routing and use the 220.127.116.11 as backup if 192.168.0.1 fails in my case.
Also check to see if the router has a dns or unplug power from the router for a min or 2 just in case it is unhappy.
Is there a way for you to in windows / another pc check if the internet is working ?
