Automatic wireless start?

Just installed 3.4 (as a new Sabayon user), and I am using the ipw3945 driver for wireless (Blacklisted the default iwl3945). However, I have to manually connect after each login. Knetwork manager shows up in the panel, and my WAP is listed, but it doesn't connect until I make it. It did the same with the iwl3945 before I switched over to the ipw3945. Anyone know how to fix this?
