Does NetworkManager work under Fluxbox in Sabayon?

Dont see why not there have been issues with it and fluxbox... (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=294672)
You may just have to make sure networkmanager is running, then add
to the fluxbox start-up scripts
