wifi not working properly on Sabayon 8 G, 64 bit

Greetings, i'm new on this awesome distro;

My problem is:
just installed Sabayon and wifi work perfectly at home (wpa).

I tried today to connect Sabayon to my office router, and it doesn't work: network manager show me the name of the connection (bad english) and ask to me the password (WEP this thime), but it cannot connect.

How to fix ?
