E17 wireless

E17 wireless

I switched from GNOME to KDE to E17 now.... and when I try to connect to the internet via connection manager it says insufficient privileges... how can I get past this?

Hi Mathew, I've found exactly the same problem, I get the same answer as you although I have no trouble connecting when hardwired,

Don't know, as I'm not using SL E17 at present, but have you tried using Networkmanager with nm-applet instead? See the second part of the post Re: Sabayon 6, e17, but no ConnMan? for details.
