How to connect to server - ip always changing [Solved]

I wish to put a remote server (like ssh/VNC / Team Viewer) & a web server up, but the ISP is changing my ip (dhcp), How can I connect to it when I will be on the road?

Have a look there. I know people use that to workaround the problem.
