How to Install the Fritz WLAN Stick drivers?

Hello ppl,

i'm really new to linux. I just installed the sabayon dist and i can't figure out how to make my WLAN Stick work.
Well i have an usual fritz wlan stick working woth a fritzbox 7050 router. i downloaded the fritz wlan stick driver but i can not get them installed.. may someone help me out please?

i installed sabayon 5.2 from the live cd (dual boot with win7)

the iwconfig detect's nothing
and it seems that i have to get an internet connection to install wicd
