Like I said, the hard locks are a result of a fight between ndiswrapper and the bcm43xx kernel drivers. You need to recompile the kernel and strip out all the bcm43xx drivers from the kernel, otherwise they highjack the ndiswrapper driver and cause kernel hardlocks.
