NetGear WG311 V3

Hi everybody, I am a long user of sabayon linux and just recently I switched from a wired link to a wireless one with a netgear WG311V3 pci wireless addapter and I can't get it set up for internet, I know it's possible as I have read a few posts saying that they had a wireless connection up but they had no tips on how to set it up. are there some drivers I can download for it or is there a generic driver on the OS I can use?

any help would be great
