Two network cards dont work together

Hello!
I have Sabayon 3.34 with full default instalation. I'm running KDE desktop. And I have problem.
I'm using two network cards, eth0 on DHCP for internet and eth1 with IP 192.158.xxx.xxxx for watching IPTV provided by my ISP instead of using Amino and TV tuner.
In Win and Ubuntu I can run those two cards with absolutly no problem, here in Sabayon only one at the time is working. It's easy to switch between them with Knetwork manager, but I don't want it. I want them to run both at the same time withouth any intervention from my side.
I have searched forum but couldn't find any answer to my problem.
Please help!

Problem solved. There were other issues too so I switched back to Ubuntu.
