Really old problem :(- with 2 network cards only one works

This is a really old problem and I see it's still there. If you have 2 network cards only one is started by sabayon. You have to start the other one yourself. And always eth1 is started not eth0. Forgot how I fixed it last time. Probably removed some sabayon networking tool.
