Compaq/HP V3000z series -- BCM43xx hardware workaround

Now granted that 3.4e and higher works great with the BCM43xx, for older distros there is a hardware workaround to actually open up the laptop and swap out the Broadcom card with another more open card. Broadcom and HP probably aren't too keen on these workarounds, but if so they should have made their products more open to begin with.
