OK, you can probably restore you xorg.conf back to nvidia. That seems to not be the problem.

When your system 'freezes', can you hit Ctrl-Alt-F1, and get to a console ? (note, if this works, Ctrl-Alt-F7 would get you back to the frozen graphical interface). Or is your system locked up hard?

Also, I'm seeing kdm errors in the log file you posted referring to memory corruption. If you haven't already done so, please run memtest to confirm your memory is sound.

Next, I have a small homework assignment for you. Do a search through the Sabayon-Linux Forums on 'cheat codes'. Scattered throughout the forums are various tips for adding a 'cheat code' when you boot up to disable, enable, set or configure something. Try a few of the ones that look most promising, and see if they help.

the system is locked up for good, i tryed to login thru ssh from another computer and no response, i tryed Ctrl+Alt+F1 and nothing, i did a memtest too but when i saw one hour and thirty minutes passed i stopped it, it was pass 3 and errors 0, so..my guess is that there aren't any problems with compiz/nvidia drivers and there are some problems with the kernel or something

I see several people recommend the 'noapic' cheat code.
Another interesting cheat code would be 'console'. This takes you to the boring non-graphical console login. Login and run 'top' for a while, and see if you lock up just on console mode. This way is also handy if you have to do some manual emerge's to fix something.
'noaccelmanager' might be another interesting test.
