Refresh rate stuck at 50

Only one more problem on the list until Sabayon totally works for me. For some reason I can only set my refresh rate at 50 and 51, i know about xorg.conf, but I'm nooby at this so i have no idea what lines to add to it or anything to get 75 refresh rate on my 1440x900 moniter. (another thing to note, i did cheat codes on the liveCD a minute ago and i was able to get it to show me 75 refresh rate) thank you for any help

/boot/grub/grub.conf
and you can add the same cheat codes to this grub.conf file.

Also you can boot with the live dvd + cheat codes + get into kde and copy the xorg.conf to the hd if it has different settings from the one on the hd.
Ati control panel or nvidia control panel can also help once in the hd / installed version.
