Installing Sabayon along with Ubuntu and PCLinuxOS

I have Ubuntu and PCLinuxOS already installed on the system on two partitions. Is it possible to install Sabayon Linux on third partition because when i am launching the LiveCD in Text install mode then it is going for upgrade instead of fresh install.

of course - just add it to your grub.conf so you can boot it
