I said Software raid.
If you have Hardware raid I think you have not problem (I used for a long ADAPTEC external Raid without problem) Check your bios and make sure boot is set fine on your hard drive priority. Yor raid is "0" ,; maybe bootloader was installed on wrong HDD drive (Raid 0 = A+B )
thank you for your answer. I've got a HW Raid from Intel, perfectly recognized in Anaconda, but as explained before I get no OS to boot. Anyway I solved the issue with a workaround. Actually without thinking about it I added a little security feature. The bootloader was installed to an UsbKey, so w/out it the system does not boot :D
