Some troubles

Hello everybody.
I have two major problems... I had Sabayon with dual boot along with Windows Vista. Then one day I installed Windows7 and lost my MBR, but Sabayon partitions are still there. I need to find the easiest way to bring GRUB back from death and still have my Windows 7 running.
The first thing I tried was re-installing sabayon, but a couple of months ago I had installed an NVIDIA Geforce 9500 GT, and when I try to start sabayon installation it blinks a couple of times, shows the NVIDIA logo and then freakin crashes... I couldn't even boot the installation menu. I tried everything, re-downloaded and re-burned live dvd but still no changes, I can't boot Sabayon.

Any ideas?
