Installing sabayon 5.0

I am trying to install Sabayon 5 on a new ACER 5810T Laptop with the following hardware
intel Core 2, 130GHz processor, Intel Intergrated Graphics controller w 1366 x768 resolution.
320 gb hard drive ,with wifi wireless link 5000 series802.11.

Everything goes along ok on installing by the live cd until Itry to connect to the internet using WIFI. Needless to say I need Help on getting wifi to work so that I can go on the internet. But lo and behold I cannot get connected to the internet. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I take it your wired Ethernet link is working, though? This is a new piece of kit, so you'll need to give us some information about the hardware inside. Have a look at the following thread to see if you can give us the log files with details of the internals:
