System (incase you need to know)
AMD Athlon Dual Core 2.7GHZ OC's to 3.2 (I tried removing th Overclock thinking my problem might have been caused by conflicts with linux)
2GB Kingston Hyperex RAM
EVGA 9600GT Superclocked 512 GDDR3 Videocard

Alrght, heres whats going on.

Windows = 170FPS Average, All High Settings, 1280x1024, Including AA, and AF.
Linux = 60 FPS Average, All low settings, 1024x768, AA off, AF off. Windowed, and non-Windowed.

It seems like there hasnt been a topic made that has every single solution to running CSS on Linux, so i find myself searching countless different forums, finding slight additions to the gigantic list of settings to use in CSS to get it to run properly. The thing is, i dont want to continue the amazing search when the answer could be right in front of me.

Tried Running In DX 7-8-9, Only a slight increase from 30FPS in DX9, to 60 FPS in 8.

Also tried changing the Wine settings to let it run in its own virtual desktop, and also tried disabling the Pixel Shaders, unfortunately it makes the game look like garbage with the Already-low settings. I also disabled Compiz and there is really no increase. The game also seems to be "Jumpy" sort of plays ok for a few seconds then "sticks" and continues.

Please dear god, And by god i mean you wonderful community, Any suggestions so i can stop going back to windows once and for all.

I think you have the wrong expectations.

You will never get the framerate you get on windows probably as CSS is not written for linux.
Also, this can be a cause of your graphics driver, things like Compiz which slows it down.
It is good that you already did things like disabling compiz, overclocking, ...

Maybe it is a good idea to ask your question on the Wine website.

Did you tried to run CSS on any other distro with Wine?
