forum posts in different languages

Hey all, I was just wondering if there was a way to convert the different forum posts to english ( my native lang) .. I enjoy reading and helping with what I can and I'd like to be able to read them all .. any hints or suggestions?

Well, the only thing I can think of is to use Google Language Tools (http://www.google.com/language_tools?hl=en) and either paste the text you want to translate into the Translate text box, or put the URL into the Translate a web page box.
