Problemi installazione modalit? DVD to HD.

Ho deciso di cambiare disco e riscrivere la iso del livedvd ora funziona e ho anche usato il gentoo installer ha finito ora l'installazione senza darmi rogne:

Nota:Pero l'installer ? troppoooo lento voglio sapere perch? impiega cosi tanto ad avviarsi e nel fermarsi nel dvd install senza all'inizio postare info in output.

Sono nella distro appena installata sembra che grub funzioni correttamente tengo solo una nota da fare se ha installato grub nel MBR del secondo disco puo questo secondo disco anche essendo secondo nel ordine disco avviare il loader rispetto a quello che sta nel primo disco che contiene quello di windows.
Nota:Mi da ancora errore nel boot per la KEYMAP e il CLOCK.

KEYMAP e CLOCK non sono errori... sono dei warning perch? baselayout ? troppo aggiornato rispetto alle modalit? di configurazione degli script dell'Installer.
Sto indagando anche sulla velocit? di avvio di GLI.... grazie infinite anthony !

A questo punto ti volevo fare delle note (che possono essere fatte anche in seguito) riguardo al gentoo installer:
*Aggiungere nel partizionatore il supporto per le partizioni reiser4.
*Abilitare il supporto del resize delle partizioni dopo averle create o dopo averle create durante la partition di una grandezza per noi errata che si cerca di modificare senza ricancellare tramite la barra di scroll grandezza partizione.
*Il timezone quando uno cerca di scrivere la propria regione (in questo caso Rome) sembra che il campo di testo nn si diriga per la regione scritta anche quando premo enter.
*La VELOCITA ? morbosamente lenta per farti capire per farlo avviare se vabene ci vogliono 15 minuti dopo che parte la veste grafica e dopo aver fatto scelto il tutto parte l'installazione in alcuni punti ci impiega tempi abissali per procedere.
Se intanto hai finito di realizzare in grande linee la versione rr64 della distro me la potresti passare via ftp cosi la provo (anche perch? mi servirebbe ) e ti faccio sapere se funziona l'installer e il sistema.

2)? un po collegato al primo perch? provai a scaricare tramite emerge il famoso pachetto netscape-flash vado su kuroo e immetto la parola flash nel search e stranamente nn trovo nulla come mai sono andato anche a cercarlo nella lista portage manualmente ma niente...
Ho prova a fare un refresh della package list ma niente...
a sto punto mi devo preoccupare
invece stranamente su shell trova il pachetto ora mi chiedo perch? kuroo collegato a portage nn mi ? riuscito a trovare questo pachetto se ? un problema va fixato.

eheh... flash ? stato rimosso in ottica di far funzionare meglio il LiveDVD su pc con poca RAM. Infatti la /home ? montata in RAM e il pacchetto flash occupava quasi 2MB. Su un pc con 128MB di ram sono tanti!. Ad ogni modo, prova a scaricare Flash usando firefox, dovrebbe poi andare anche in Konqueror!

Per il resto, come ti sembra? Nella 2.60.4 ho tolto due cose dall'avvio (a partire dal secondo), come per esempio autoconfig e x-setup. Puoi toglierli tranquillamente anche tu con:

Ho provato ad installare con l'installer aggiornato e poi ho notato una cosa che quando cercava di creare le partizioni avviava sempre il programma di automount e quando cliccavo per aprire la partizione (e te pareva) mi da errore per il fatto che non ci sono le nuove partizioni su fstab.

Ciao anthony, hai provato a riavviare il PC e a rifare partire l'installer? Tieni conto che usare Reiser4 ? ancora una cosa sperimentale, quindi prova a formattare / usando reiserfs3 e fammi sapere se il problema si presenta.
