I know Zouzou85 rc-update I have been using it for several years now. The problem is that I wouldn't like to go through all this process single handed because I do not have the time to do it. I am pretty busy with other things.

How about writing a little script that will take care of your (rc-update) while you have your breakfast, or shower or sleep. i know writing the script might take a little while, but you won't have to worry about it for every install.

The problem is that I am not quite sure which scripts are essential for Sabayon and which are optional. I could go on and turn all scripts off using rc-update. But generaly I believe there is more than that. Besides, I would like support for people who are dedicated to OS like, lxnay e.t.c. As I told you before I have much more important things to worry about.

I remember once I tested a linux distro called Crux. It booted in 14 seconds on my pentium4 2.66GHz laptop and it was as simple as it could be. I liked it more than Gentoo since I could have all I needed just like that! The problem was that I do not like to maintain about many Distros. I would like to have one system where I can do everything I need.

If the gurus here consider this seriously, I believe they can do that in a week at most!
