Here's my 1st try at a Sabayon wallpaper. Made the Sabayon with Marsala wine, egg yolks and sugar. I also tried it with Muscat dessert wine, which is lighter in color than Marsala, but I guess I didn't cook it enough because the berries kept sinking. Anyway, I decided that I liked the darker Sabayon better with the new colors. Shot with a Canon 5d, 180mm/3.5L macro with the lens wide open for shallow depth of field.

this is good. very good. if we can get Izo's sphere with the "sl" scaled down, lets put that as the logo instead of the charcoal text and red foot. if we can do that , I think this ought to be the 3.3 screen.
this is what i have had in mind for a loooong time. and the background- if that custard is still fresh , could you put it against a silk background? you know, a real one ;-)

I ate it!!!! A good Sabayon is a terrible thing to waste......Besides, I can always make more.

You need to explain more about your silk background idea. I can't quite picture it. If you can find some images with that type of background to post, that would be helpful. I was trying to maintian the feel that some of the past background images had when I did this one. Reviews of RR4 and Sabayon have almost always remarked on how beautiful the distro was, and I thought that it would be a good idea to try to maintain some of that look and feel from one version to the next. (brand identity)
