error message after sending answer [solved]

After sending an answer to a post I get the following error:
Code: Select all
General Error    
 
Ran into problems sending Mail. Response: 533 sorry, your envelope recipient has been denied (#5.7.1)

DEBUG MODE

Line : 165
File : smtp.php

But the answer was send correctly.

EDIT:
Sending this post ran perfectly.Maybe an issue with the german shed?
