Icon Tasks for default kde taskbar

Since the icon-only taskbar is beginning its triumphal march through the linux world (Gnome 3, Unity, Mageia 2 KDE, Chakra, numerous docks), I think we should join the party and make the amazing Icon Tasks the default taskbar of Sabayon KDE.

It ships with KDE 4.8+ and I believe that its icon-only approach is not only more powerful but also much more suitable for the average user while it might somehow be annoying for some powerusers (when it comes to multiple instances, for example). Fortunately, these powerusers are able to fix that in seconds whereas the Newbies don't neccessarily know how to enable this shiny modern taskbar.
