nice, I would suggest grabbing the official tux as that's a cleaner looking penguin, also I'm not feeling the bg with the snow fractals

I did have that at one point but with this one you can fill the eyes in in gimp and drop xeyes over it.
Then the eyes'll follow your mouse!

and I am feeling a little Godzilla thing, so maybe have him waddle over and stomp random windows icons and change it to the deadly penguin snow breathe and freeze up Vista, since we all know a frozen Vista is gonna be common.....a little message to the win folk out there...lol
