Path To The SL Default Desktop Image [Solved]

I searched my SL 5.0 and I found that there are some wallpapers located here:

Code: Select all

/mnt/sda3/usr/share/backgrounds

But I can not figure out the path to the default wallpaper. If anyone knows what this might be please let me know.

You can search for this kind of stuff by using the locate command:

locate sabayon*.png

Code: Select all

locate wallpaper

Code: Select all

locate sabayon-artwork | grep back

etc.

Isn't /usr/share/backgrounds/sabayonlinux.png or /usr/share/backgrounds/kgdm.jpg the default wallpaper?

oooops...... sorry Fitzcarraldo, in krusader I just did a quick preview of the image instead of opening an image viewer to look at it, and it looked like a just plain black wallpaper. When opening it with Gthumb I could see the beautiful multi-colored lines then. Another embarrasing moment for me ! And thank you for bringing it to my attention.
