Suggestion for future Live disks

After reading about the Incognito distro in Linux Format a while ago I checked it out. It had a feature that was really kind of cool. The CD was set up with a vm so that if the disk is put into a machine running windows a virtual machine is started and the distro is loaded into a vm. If the disk is put in the pc and the pc is rebooted it starts like a normal liveCD. I'm not sure how much of a pain in the butt it would be or if it's even worth the effort I just thought it was a neat feature.
