Pre release of 4.1 artwork?

Not sure this is the right forum for this question but I'll shoot anyway.

I did an "equo world" a few days ago and now my splash screen and desktop background say "Sabayon 4.1". I'm using KDE 3.5.x. I've looked through the announcements, forums, and planet and it appears 4.1 is still not released. So my question is, am I now running 4.1 or am I still on 4.0-r1 just with the 4.1 artwork? Just curious. BTW, the new artwork looks good.

I don't think you understood the answer or rolling release

world update keeps you current

4.1 isn't finished yet, you are current

current as in up to date with all development, will you get 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5? yes - keep world updating

if you are ever curious you can cat /etc/sabayon-release

keep in mind as you world update you are rolling with the development so you get things in parts

We will freeze entropy when we need to release an iso so we can build the iso with the current entropy packages

Thanks again for the quick reply. Yes, I understand a rolling release cycle but I definitely didn't understand your original answer. It was rather vague and open ended, imho. "latest stuff" could have been an appropriate answer to either "or" of my original question. Your latest response does, however, clear things up significantly. Particularly when you said "4.1 isn't finished yet". Again, thank you.
